Each person is different, every situation is unique. As a result, no two client engagements are the same. It is about listening to what you choose to share, asking questions to ensure I understand, then acting as a thought partner to help you achieve your goals.

It is about trust.

I will help you create clarity around your goal, explore options and obstacles, then help you discover what actions are optimal to realize success. Tools and assessments, with your permission, will be offered through the process to enable you to offer context and insight.

Common Q's
Length of a typical coaching session ~ 45 minutes to an hour.

Frequency of a session ~ weekly to bi-weekly based on client circumstances.

Duration of a coaching engagement ~ An executive or personal coaching engagement generally lasts 3-6 months, sometimes extending to one year. The timeframe is completely dependent on the type of coaching, client expectations, goals and priorities. A key metric is the return on investment and that the desired change in behavior or goal achievement is both intentional and sustainable. All coaching adheres to the International Coach Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics.

Session Venue ~ the coaching sessions may be in-person at your office, a public location that facilitates a private and confidential discussion, via phone or video discussion. The first or second session are preferably in-person based on location and schedules. All logistics will be discussed at the time of the engagement.

Fees and Services ~ an initial session is scheduled via phone and is free of charge to help you learn more about coaching, how it might fit with your objectives and to determine if we are comfortable working as thought partners on your goals. Should we proceed, individual and corporate client fees and services will be determined based on specific client circumstances.
