Keith has served in senior level and corporate officer roles for over 25 years. Leading global teams across various industries, sizes and ownership structures, he has served with multiple Presidents, Chief Executive Officers, executive teams and fellow coworkers. A background ranging from hyper-growth and high-growth mid-size organizations to multi-billion dollar Fortune 200 businesses, he possesses significant merger and acquisition experience blended with leading through ownership structure changes including private to public, private to private equity, private equity to public, and public to public transactions.

He has garnered a reputation as an engaged, thoughtful, strategically focused servant leader who creates value through integrity-based relationships built on trust ~~ and results that accelerate the successful execution of company strategy. He is known as a business leader first, human resources executive second and most importantly, a fellow coworker serving to make a positive difference.

Keith holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and an Advanced Certified Personal Executive Coach (ACPEC) accreditation from the College of Executive Coaching. His primary coaching focus is partnering with leaders and teams to hone their skills so they may more effectively invest in others and in the organizations they serve.

Invited to speak on a variety of leadership topics, Keith holds degrees in Psychology and Marketing from the University of Colorado-Denver, is a graduate of the Stanford University Human Resource Executive Program and an alum of the invitation-only Chief Human Resource Officer Academy through the National Academy of Human Resources (NAHR). He is a former Denver Broncos NFL Man of the Year Scholarship recipient. Keith and his wife have three children and currently live on the beach in South Carolina.
