Coaching is not about me. It is about the client. However, I am often asked about “me”. While I understand, it is probably the topic I least enjoy! However, below I share more about my background (it’s a quick read, promise)…with some levity along the way.

 

Professionally, I am a senior global corporate leader and certified professional coach. I believe the combined experiences deliver value to a client. I view coaching as holistic, principle-based and action oriented. I engage as a trusted thought partner in a coach role to enable a client to take action and move forward on realizing their goals through listening, asking questions and helping them to better understand themselves and others.

• Weird Talent: I “spell” in numbers (requires more explanation than the website can handle…)

• Wiring: Assessed by psychologists through a research study on emotional intelligence at "Unicorn high" level of EQ/self-awareness (99th percentile, 50 of 5,000 participants)...and understandably to be questioned because I just told you

• Sports and Wheels: Denver Broncos and fast, fun-to-drive cars

• My Bride: Married for 35 years...with three great kids
